Have you ever felt like you’ve been dieting your whole life?

Does any of this sound familiar to you?

  • Starting over every new year.

  • Constantly thinking about food.

  • Not allowing yourself to eat after 8pm.

  • Signing up for another 30-day challenge or cleanse.

  • Googling “low carb” and “intermittent fasting” like it’s your part-time job.

  • Scanning the grocery aisles for “low fat” alternatives and “100-calorie” snack packs.

Aren’t you TIRED of it all?

I know I was.

After 10 years of trying it all and still being in the same place I was when I first started - if not even hungrier, more exhausted and with M

UCH less confidence than before - I decided that I was done.

I was done with the way I had been doing things previously.

And instead, I was ready to learn the truth behind sustainable, long-term fat loss - for good this time.

Wanna know what I learned?

1. We aren't supposed to be on a “diet” long term.

By restricting our food intake for long periods of time, our metabolism will start to slow calorie burn, increase stress hormones (causing cravings, moodiness, anxiety, fatigue), break down muscle tissue and hang onto body fat as protection.

2. Extreme calorie deficits and diets just perpetuate the on/off cycle.

Every time you restrict too much, the pendulum will swing back in the other direction.

3. On/off cycles make it harder for our metabolism to do its job.

They give signals to our body that there’s never enough consistent food, or too much all at once, making it hard for our digestive system to keep up.

4. You will not see immediate progress!

The way you eat right now will have a greater effect on your body 2-4 weeks down the road. Stay consistent despite not seeing the proof yet. I promise it's coming.

5. Say NO to cookie cutter meal plans.

We all have individual calorie and macronutrient needs that no cookie-cutter meal plan or program can give you.

6. Where you get your information matters!

Just because 'keto', 'paleo', or intermittent fasting worked for your coworker or friends, doesn't mean it will work for you. And not everything you read is necessarily correct for you.

7. Set a long term game plan with a coach!

Working with a coach and getting professional support is the quickest and easiest way to see long-term, sustainable results.

I know how frustrating it feels to keep starting over every year - but, I can promise you that you're not going to achieve your goals by continuing to do the same things and expecting different results. AKA insanity!

I know that I can help you get off that diet rollercoaster (for good!) so that you can finally build a healthy, strong and confident body you know you deserve - all while living your busy on-the-go lifestyle.

No more food guilt. No more yo-yo dieting.

No more falling "off the wagon". No more hiding under your baggy sweats.

And especially - no more starting over every year.

You got this!!

xoxo

Nikki
